Our delicious pure honey collected on the bee-friendly property of our friend Lois Clough, Salishan Meadows. Lois grows a range of trees, bushes and flowers, including blackberries, peonies, lillies and rhododendran, at Salishan Meadows, which blossom throughout the spring, summer and fall and keep the bees very busy collecting an abudnance of pollen.
