- Psyllium Seed Husk
- Baking Soda
- Apple Cider Vinegar
Each serving of 5 med - small pancakes, packs a punch of 16 grams of protein per serving (which can be easily increased by adding sustainable sources of meat, eggs, cheese, milk and/or a can of fish)!

Quick and Easy!
Our mix swings both ways (sweet or savoury), so you can make breakfast, lunch or dinner variations! Make a quick, easy nutritionally balanced meal in minutes!
How to Do it
Grease pan on medium heat. Whisk 1/4 cup of the mix, with 1/4 cup milk (or 3 TBSP water). Optional: whisk in an egg. Pour batter by the tablespoon into the pan and let rise. Once bubbly on top, flip pancake.
If you are in a hurry, or you've run out of ingredients, just add water, whisk and flip!
Great for travel, backpacking & survival food!
Examples of Variations
- add shredded cheese & veggies
- add a can of tuna or salmon for fishcakes
- add berries and yogurt for that sourdough yum!

Each 1/4 cup of the mix yields 5 med-small pancakes (depending on what 'add ins' you choose to throw into the mix!).
