Our grass fed racks of lamb range in size between 1.5lbs and 2lbs in weight. They offer the best of our locally sourced lamb. These are 100 mile diet friendly animals. They have been pastured for their lifetime and are ethically raised throughout. Slaughter occurs one day after the animals arrive, so they are rested and not stressed from travel. The resulting meat is more flavourful and nutritious.
The farm follows traditional organic practices.
The cost per lb is $32.69 ($72/kg)
Our deposit price is $40. After we receive the item from our supplier, weigh it and price it, the difference will be charged or refunded (price can go up to $60).
