Giant Kelp (Macrocystis Integrifolia) is in form of flakes easy to use.
Put your flakes into a bowl add truffle oil ,or your favourite oil tested sesame seeds, few drops of fresh lime and put it in the oven at 375 for 8-10 min you will have the best kelp chips ever!!!
Try sprinkling on rice or fish or use as seasoning in soups, stews and stir-fry dishes
